Residential estate management of properties.
· Management of day-to-day building maintenance, repairs, security, cleaning and gardening services with on-site visits.
· On*off site supervision of contractors and other relevant staff.
· Budgetary control of maintenance and allocated works.
· Dealing with all relevant issues including anti-social behaviour, rent arrears, income support & housing benefit claims, transfers, mutual exchanges, allocation of properties, disability assessments.
· Attending court for various issues including anti-social behaviour, rent arrears and evictions.
· Attending tenant meetings
· Chair and sit on Mantran Panels, for anti social behaviour.
Dealing with transfers, mutual exchanges and nominations for tenants who want to relocated within the Locator System
